Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.
Free shipping is available for orders over $50.
Shipping times typically range from 3-7 business days depending on the shipping destination.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use reputable shipping carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at howdy@bktallow.com with your order number and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
3. Return Process
Contact Us: Email us at howdy@bktallow.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Receive Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Ship Back the Item: Ship the product back to us at the address provided in our response.
Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same process as the Return Process listed above.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product does not meet our return criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or missing original packaging).
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at howdy@bktallow.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
