Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $50.

  • Shipping times typically range from 3-7 business days depending on the shipping destination.

3. Shipping Carriers

  • We use reputable shipping carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at howdy@bktallow.com with your order number and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

3. Return Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Ship Back the Item: Ship the product back to us at the address provided in our response.

  4. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement.

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same process as the Return Process listed above.
